FILMAMENTALITY
Filamentality is an easy-to-use, fill-in-the-blank tool that “guides you through picking a topic, searching the Web, gathering good Internet links, and turning them into learning activities.” It  allows you to create five different types of online learning activities: Hotlists, Scrapbook, Treasure Hunt, Subject Sampler, and WebQuests.
 

HOT POTATOES
Hot Potatoes was listed under the “Creating Online Assessment” section, and is free to educators who post their quizzes to the site.   The Hot Potatoes site, with its six applications to create interactive multiple-choice, short-answer, jumbled-sentence, crossword, matching/ordering and gap-fill exercises.
